We’re delighted to announce SecureAck’s launch in the U.S. through a strategic partnership with Houston-based Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Castor Security. The partnership will enable American businesses to seize the benefits of intelligent automation with A-Ops.

A shared commitment to improving security with automation

Castor Security works with a small group of vendors to deliver its strategic, solutions-first approach to security. Its north star is providing exceptional solutions that meet customers’ current needs, while simultaneously building a future-proof security ecosystem that grows and adapts to landscape changes.

Partnering with SecureAck helps Castor Security stay true to this north star. The A-Ops platform for intelligent automation reduces the complexity of securing IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments with interoperable workflows that automate repeatable processes and maximise the capabilities of existing security solutions. This not only grants space for stretched security professionals to focus on more complex challenges, it also reduces the mean time to remediate and the risk of human error.

For SecureAck, Castor Security is a partner that shares a commitment to improving organisations’ security posture and working practices through intelligent automation. The team at Castor Security also offer the regional experience and knowledge required to enable North American businesses to maximise the potential of A-Ops.

A-Ops expands Castor Security’s offering to customers

For Castor Security, adding A-Ops to its suite of technology solutions will allow its team of experts to utilise data-driven automation to reduce risk and reduce the burden on customers’ security teams.

  1. End-to-end automation: A-Ops’ interoperable workflows can extend across IT, OT and infrastructure technology environments through a rich set of third-party integrations. These automated workflows maximise the capabilities of the security stack to optimise performance while eliminating the need for duplicate purchases.
  1. Removing barriers: A-Ops’ Managed Automation as a Service (MAaaS) offering removes barriers to entry for intelligent security automation so any Castor Security customer, regardless of their internal capacity or capability, can seize its benefits. The flexible service offering supports organisations at every stage of automation maturity, whether they need help getting set up on A-Ops with pre-built automations, right up to end-to-end management of business-critical workflows or a fully managed service.
  1. Adapting to threats: The Castor Security team views increased use of intelligent automation as an optimal way for customers to adapt to threat actors’ use of new AI tools with a corresponding response that’s ahead of the curve.

More to come

The size of the American economy makes U.S. organisations a lucrative target for cybercriminals at a time when attack surfaces are growing, and the number of endpoints is increasing.

Intelligent automation can drive up cyber resilience and A-Ops will enable U.S. security teams to push the boundaries of what they can achieve.

We look forward to working with Castor Security to remove barriers to and accelerate the use of intelligent security automation in more U.S. organisations.
